Matcha Glaze

2 Tbsp SÁ Organic Daily Matcha or Ceremonial Matcha
2 cups confectioners sugar (sifted)
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
3/4 cup heavy cream
  1. Sift confectioners sugar into medium bowl. Add Matcha and whisk together.
  2. Gradually whisk the cream into the dry ingredients. Add vanilla and whisk in well.

Use for glaze on donuts, cupcakes, cookies, cake, etc.
