Organic Ceremonial Matcha is suitable for serving in Japanese tea ceremony, welcoming esteemed guests, or indulging in the finest of green teas during times of relaxation.

*Tencha is a minimally-processed, fluffy leaf tea produced specifically to make fresh matcha.

My favorite matcha by far!

While I also love the Sugimoto Reserve Ceremonial Matcha and its smoky clean flavor, I prefer this slightly lower-priced Organic Ceremonial Matcha. Without going completely into tea snob mode, let me just say this is a truly delightful matcha.

I love Sugimoto so very much. I was hesitant to order 100 grams of matcha because with most matcha distributors, especially in quantity, the quality can suffer, but this 100 g bag of matcha is outstanding. I drink a lot of matcha so the little tins you can get, run out so quickly. This is my go to matcha, it’s great quality, it arrives in two to three days (to Colorado) and it’s quality is always great. It arrives with a sincere hand written note every time and I feel very glad to be supporting a family ran Japanese tea producer, especially one with such integrity and sincerity. I am a Sugimoto customer for life now and you should be too. Also, in over 15 years of drinking matcha I’ve never had any so good as Sugimoto’s “Reserve Mizuki Matcha”. It is also definitely worth a try..
