Organic Ceremonial Matcha`

If I were to describe this matcha in 3 words they would be sweet, grassy, and light. The powder is bright green and very fine, so it it blends well and makes a thick drink with plenty of foam. This matcha was reminiscent of sweet peas with a crisp short finish after each sip. If you prefer your matcha refreshingly light and vegetal rather than heavy and umami, than this matcha might be up your ally.

Matcha is basically my sole beverage. I have tried MANY brands at different price points, but this is hands down the best tasting matcha available. You will not be disappointed. Also, Sugimoto is very efficient if you need to order online.
