Matcha Palmer Recipe (Non-Alcoholic)

How to Make the Matcha Palmer
- 6 oz chilled lemonade
- 6 oz cold brew green tea
For the Cold Brew Green Tea
Note: Can be made up to 24 hours before you make the Matcha Palmer
Step 1: Prepare the Cold Brew Green Tea
Add the sencha and matcha into a Hario Filter-In Bottle (750 ml) or in a regular jug. For the latter, you can just use a strainer later on.
Fill the bottle with ice cubes and water. Let it sit for 5-10 mins, then shale the bottle. When shaking the bottle, make sure to hold the top firmly to prevent leakage.
Step 2: Add the Ingredients
Add lemonade and ice to a shaker and shake until cold.
Step 3: Mix With Ice
Pour freshly-shaken lemonade into a glass over ice.
Step 4: Serve
Slowly pour cold brewed green tea into a glass on the side to create separate layers.
