How to Make the Pumpkin Spice Hojicha Latte


  • 1.5 c water
  • 1 tbsp Hojicha
  • 1/2 c Coconut Milk Creamer
  • 1/2 c Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1: Boil your water. You can let it cool to your preferred brewing temperature, but it doesn’t matter as much for this recipe.
Step 2: Add your tea to a teapot or cup and pour hot water over it. Brew this for 3 minutes.
Step 3: In a separate pot, add your coconut milk creamer, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir these ingredients together then add your (strained!) brewed tea.
Step 4: Heat your ingredients together until they just come up to a simmer.
Step 5: Optional: Froth your latte mixture to add some foam to the top of your cup!
Step 6: Pour your mixture into a cup and add foam if you frothed your mixture. Then enjoy!
